All services are currently being provided virtually via secure telehealth video visits.  Reservations about doing online therapy? You are not alone, many people have concerns about trying therapy via video.  However, studies have found telehealth therapy sessions to be just as effective as in-person visits. Additionally, there are benefits to virtual therapy such as cutting out the commute time and more easily fitting your sessions into your schedule.  Currently, the biggest benefit is that you can still connect with a therapist and receive quality care during this challenging pandemic.
